Jordan (FETP)

Established in 1998 with support from the US Agency for International Development and technical assistance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Jordan Field Epidemiology Training Program was one of the first programs launched in the Eastern Mediterranean Region. The program aims to strengthen national capacity in disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, and public health program evaluation across both communicable and noncommunicable diseases.
